Podcasters’ Roundtable: http://podcastersroundtable.com/

Joss talks about his ongoing awareness that podcasting is a global medium. He talks about how he addresses his audience, bearing in mind they can be listening from anywhere in the world.

In Spain, films and TV series are dubbed in Spanish. This is not the case in Mexico.

Dubbed movies = películas dobladas

Spanish podcast listeners are listening to more podcasts in Spanish from Latin America these days than they were years ago.

Joss thinks of his global audience when he’s podcasting. He does his best to make his podcasts as relatable as possible to Spanish speakers in other countries.

The majority of Joss’s listeners are in Spain and the US. About 30% of his listener base is in Mexico, his native country.

It’s normal for a podcast listener to prefer podcasters from their native country and region of origin.

Thank you Joss for the bilingual interview!!!!
